Simply register at the ‘Join Our Member’ section on our website.

2. What are the Benefits of Being a Member?

  • Earn points with every purchase (1 point = RM1.00).
  • Redeem free gifts such as rice cookers, aprons, and electric fryers (while stocks last and during promotional periods).
  • Guaranteed stock availability and convenient doorstep delivery.

3. How Many Accounts Can I Have?
Each individual is allowed only one account, and each mobile number can be linked to only one Aroma account.

4. What if I Enter Incorrect Information?
You must ensure that all information provided is accurate. If required, you may be asked to provide proof of identity.

5. What Happens if My Payment Has an Issue?
All payment disputes must be handled directly with your bank or payment provider.

6. Can I Exchange a Product?
Products can only be exchanged if found defective by the manufacturer before the expiry date.

7. How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • West Malaysia: 7 days
  • East Malaysia: 14 days
