Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The order was not fulfilled within the promised time frame.

2. Refund Process

  • Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase and evidence (e.g., photos of the defective item) must be provided.
  • Once approved, no cash refunds will be given; only product exchanges will be processed within 14 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Items that were purchased on promotion or clearance sale.
  • Orders placed by mistake (unless not yet shipped).

4. How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds by exchange new products to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
